Eligibility

Products are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  • If the product arrives damaged during transit.
  • If the product received is different from the one ordered, confirmed by the customer’s order confirmation email.

Procedure

We take utmost care in packing our products to ensure they reach you safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or differs from your order, we will replace it with the correct item.

To initiate a replacement:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info@natrajacouture.com.
  • Include the following details:
    • Order number as received in your email.
    • Three or more pictures of the product from different angles.
    • Several pictures of the packaging (box, bubble wrap, packing paper) to assist in our assessment.
    • A brief description of the issue with the product and its packaging.

Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours. If eligible for replacement, we will arrange for the product to be returned to us. Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse, we will promptly ship a replacement within 3-4 days.

If the parcel appears tampered or damaged upon receipt, please email us at info@natrajacouture.com before opening it. Attach 2-3 photographs of the packaging to your email.

Please ensure that returned items are unused, in their original packaging and box.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or after product delivery. Products can only be exchanged for the same item.

Disclaimer

Each of our products is handcrafted by artisans. Minor variations such as air bubbles or slight differences in colors/textures are common and do not indicate damage or defect. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece, making it special.

Cancellation

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
